We’re so excited to have you in our community. These studio guidelines help us keep Revel a clean, welcoming, and inspiring studio—so you can focus on feeling strong, connected, and empowered.

Class Attire & Preparation
Grip Socks Required
For safety and hygiene, all clients must wear grip socks in class. Forgot yours? We’ve got premium grip socks available for purchase at the studio.

Dress to Move
We recommend form-fitting, supportive workout wear. This allows our instructors to provide form and alignment feedback and ensures your safety on the reformer.

Stay Hydrated
Please bring your own water bottle—we have a filtered water station in the studio. We also always have bottled water for sale.

Your First Class at Revel

  • First impressions matter, and we want your first class to feel supportive and seamless. Please arrive 15 minutes early so we can:

    • Welcome you to our studio

    • Introduce you to your instructor

    • Complete any quick paperwork or waivers

    • Get you comfortable on the reformer

    • If you arrive late, we’ll help you reschedule your session and return the credit to your account. Safety and experience always come first.

Attendance & Cancellation Policy

  • Late Arrivals

    • We offer a 5-minute grace period from the class start time. If you’re running behind, give us a call and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

    • After 5 minutes, late entry will not be allowed out of respect for the instructor, your body, and your fellow clients.

    • If you are late and a waitlist member is in the studio, your spot will be given away unless we are notified that you are on your way.

Canceling a Class

  • Life happens—plans shift. We get it. To keep things fair for everyone:

  • Cancel or reschedule your class at least 12 hours in advance

  • You can do this via the Revel app or your online account

Late Cancellation

  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before class will forfeit your class credit

No-Show Policy

  • If you miss a class without canceling, you’ll be charged a $25 fee

  • Your class credit will also be forfeited

  • This applies to both memberships and credit packs

Need an Exception?

  • If you're sick, injured, or have an emergency, just email or call us. We’re a real team of real people—and we’ll work with you.

  • If Revel Cancels a Class

    • In the rare case that we need to cancel a class, you’ll receive a text and email notification. Your credit will be returned automatically.

Membership Management

  • All changes to your membership—pauses, upgrades, or cancellations—require at least 30 days’ notice via email to ensure proper processing and account security.

  • To manage your membership:

Please note: We do not process membership changes via social media DMs.

Waitlist Process
Spots fill fast—so hop on the waitlist! Here’s how it works:

  • You’ll be auto-enrolled as openings occur (up to 2 hours before class)

  • You’ll get an email confirmation when added

  • If you no longer want the spot, remove yourself to avoid a late cancel/no-show fee

Communication Preferences

  • The best way to reach us:

    • Text or email: Preferred and fastest

    • Phone calls: Accepted during business hours only

    • Social media: Not monitored for account changes—we’ll always direct you back to our email

Social Media & Filming Guidelines

  • We love a good pre- or post-class selfie—but please respect the privacy and experience of others:

    • No filming or recording during class without written studio approval

    • Please get verbal consent from anyone who might appear in your photo or video

    • All requests for content capture must be approved in writing through management

    • Violations may result in revoked membership access. Thank you for keeping our studio a safe and premium experience for all.
