What is the Revel Method?
Revel Method is our signature reformer class—a modern, athletic approach to Pilates that blends strength, mobility, and endurance. Each 50-minute session is intentionally designed to meet you where you are, with movements that can be modified or advanced depending on your experience. You’ll experience time under tension with creative sequences, smooth transitions, and our signature Method Challenges, all designed to leave you feeling empowered, strong, and grounded in your body. It’s the ideal starting point for building confidence and consistency while delivering a full-body workout that feels both effective and sustainable.

Is this a franchise?
Nope! Revel Method Pilates is proudly independent. We’re a boutique modern Pilates studio founded by a 500-hour certified contemporary Pilates instructor with additional credentials in Barre, Mat Pilates, and 200-hour Yoga. Drawing from that diverse background—and inspired by other Pilates-based modalities—she developed the Revel Method: a Pilates-inspired format that focuses on intentional, quality movement over quantity. The result is a fresh take on reformer Pilates that’s dynamic, results-driven, and rooted in mind-body connection.

A class focused on muscle-building and power. Think heavier spring resistance, weights, and controlled push/pull patterns. You’ll work through upper and lower body blocks with slow, focused tension.
